Through our comprehensive Safety Program and our commitment to continuous improvement, we put our people first.

Key Safety Processes

  • Project Specific Safety & Health Planning

    We have established a comprehensive template for our Project Leaders to use in planning their work. These templates will be utilized and further supplemented with project- and site-specific requirements. It is our road map to ensure that we provide a safe workplace for each employee, that we comply with all OSHA regulations, contract-required safety rules, and project specifications. Traylor Industrial understands that safety must begin in the planning phases.

  • Supervisors Safety Advancement

    At Traylor Industrial we want to empower our Supervision with the knowledge they need to provide leadership excellence in actively care for one another. OSHA 30 Hour training and First Aid & CPR training is conducted in order to provide our supervision a knowledge foundation in safety and health. We provide information to achieve our leadership excellence through weekly calls and periodic meetings/training sessions. We strive to provide our people with the information they need to benefit their workforce and the world through safety, social, and environmental advancement.

  • New Employee Program

    In order to ensure we all are provided an understanding of the core values, policies, and expectations of Traylor Industrial we have set in place a basic orientation that covers the various aspects of the construction industry we operate in. In addition, we cover equipment safety based on equipment necessary for the job they are starting. We supplement that with project and site-specific requirements/policy review. Traylor Industrial is committed to continually training our people and building our safety culture.

  • Safety Review Program

    Traylor Industrial is committed to reviewing leading and lagging indicators on our projects and within our culture. Reviews are completed during all phases of the project and at all levels of the project. Our review program brings all aspects of our culture in full circle involving craft through management to continuously improve our safety culture.
